*Collars may be returned within thirty
days of purchase for an exchange or refund providing the collar is
in the original and new condition.
*Refunds for check or money orders will
only be issued after the original payment has cleared.
*Credit card refunds will be issued
immediately upon return receipt of the collar.
*Since we do not charge shipping in the
US with your first order, refunds are minus ten percent (10%) of the
purchase price to cover the cost of the shipping.
*Shipping is not free with the second
collar in the case of an exchange.
